     Management Team

     Patrick Roney: Founder, President & CEO

     Mr. Roney has owned and operated Roney Financial…A Better Bookkeeping Service for three years prior to EBK. Mr. Roney has spent the last five years learning the "ins and outs" of the bookkeeping business. He has developed a Total Quality Management Program for bookkeeping procedures. Mr. Roney brings a thorough understanding of client needs and inefficiencies that currently exist in the bookkeeping industry. Patrick is spearheading technology development to revolutionize the accounting profession. Prior to RFS, Mr. Roney was the staff director for a nonprofit organization and was responsible for writing and implementing budgets, managing and developing a staff of 30+ employees, and developing national workshops on high performance teams, time management and projecting vision.

     John Spiller: Vice-President and CFO. MPA, CPA, CFP


     Mr. Spiller brings a wealth of experience ranging from running his own CPA firm successfully for over 15 years, to serving as the CFO for a publicly traded company. Mr. Spiller has evaluated management structures, reporting systems, and design flows to increase efficiency and provide management with greater control at reduced costs. He has assisted small business owners on the use of cash-flow and profit center analysis for basic company monthly operations.

     Ken Mehra: CTO

     Mr. Mehra has been a leader in the delivery of system analysis, design, implementation and support services to both private and public sector companies in the United States and overseas. As a senior project manager with over twenty years of experience, Mr. Mehra has been personally involved in the design and implementation of data processing and systems engineering application for clients. He was involved with startup providing back end data processing services to the securities industries involving high volume data entry and confidentiality of client information. Mr. Mehra was involved with all aspects of resource management including establishing internal controls, corporate policy, funding, mergers and acquisitions. During this time the company grew from twenty to one hundred employees. He holds a BSEE from Ohio State University (1978).

     Bill Anecelle: Vice-president of Sales, CPA, MBA

     Mr. Anecelle holds his CPA and MBA. He began his career as a senior accountant at Price Waterhouse& Co. Bill has served as comptroller and CFO for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and Rosewood General Hospital in Houston, TX. Mr. Anecelle was a partner in an accounting firm for five years and has owned his own practice for the past 19 years.
